- Do guests need to download an app?
- No. They scan the Hologram code and it opens on their phone.
- How fast can a single Hologram go live?
- Fast. From 1st Meeting to 1st Hologram takes 15 days. Then approximately 30 more days for a Hologram Trio and 45 days for a Handful of Holograms to be fully ready. But they will be appearing in your venue steadily throughout the 30 or 45 day time-frame.
- What if our menu changes?
- Add a support plan and we update the Hologram. $9 per Hologram per month, so $9 on Single, $27/mo on the Trio, or $45/mo on the Handful. First month free.
